Everything here is mixed, jarred or written in our own kitchen. Where a price is a range, the size you choose sets it.

Shipping and returns

We are a cafe that sells a few things off the shelf, not a mail-order kitchen. Here is exactly what that means.

Shipping All orders are shipped weekly on Wednesdays. Orders placed Wednesday before 9am will usually ship the same day. Retail items only — cookbooks and seasoning mixes.

Nothing perishable is posted. Cakes, pies and desserts are made and sold at The Sweetery, and food from the cafe kitchen is collected in person or eaten here. If it does not keep on a shelf, we will not put it in a box.

Returns Returns are not accepted. If a quality issue arises from an item, an exchange of the identical item or similar item of equal or lesser value may be initiated, or store credit can be issued. Refunds are not given on perishable items.
